Returns

At HydraLume, we want you to feel confident with your purchase.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition you received it

  • You must provide your order number

Due to hygiene reasons, used hair-care products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

We will offer:

  • A replacement
    or

  • A full refund

at no additional cost.


Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery time:
7–15 business days

Please note that delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues beyond our control.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, the order may already be processed and shipped.
